At Cottonbunn, we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind.
Damaged or Defective Items: We only offer replacements or refunds in the event of significant product damage upon arrival.
Unboxing Video Required: To protect both the buyer and the seller, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is sealed until the item is inspected. This serves as vital proof in case of any disputes.
Reporting a Problem: If your item arrives severely damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Temperature Warning (For Art Toys)
Products made from PLA are sensitive to high temperatures. Please do not leave your Art Toys in environments exceeding 45°C (such as inside a car or in direct sunlight), as this may cause melting or warping. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage.
